Return Policy

At Polar Puff Pantry, we stand behind the quality of our freeze-dried products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What Can Be Returned:

  • Unopened packages in original condition
  • Products that arrived damaged or defective
  • Items that don't match the product description
  • Wrong items sent due to our error

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original packaging
  • Opened food items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons (unless defective)
  • Return authorization number required (obtained through our return process)

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at info@polarpuffpantry.com or call 689-588-PUFF with your order number and reason for return.

Get Authorization

We'll provide you with a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.

Package & Ship

Pack the item securely in original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop off at any authorized shipping location.

Get Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different flavor or product? We're happy to help! Follow the same return process above and let us know what you'd like instead.

Note: If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items.

We'll either send a replacement at no charge or provide a full refund, plus we'll cover all return shipping costs.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
  • PayPal refunds are usually instant
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
  • Return shipping is free when using our prepaid labels
